Frank on Bush on Scheme Liability

Frankly, I think the flap about the Solicitor General's not following the SEC's request to file an amicus brief on the side of plaintiffs in Stoneridge is the poverbial tempest in a tea pot(does anyone really think this Supreme Court will recognize scheme liability?), but President Bush gave his views and now Barney Frank, Chair of the House Financial Services Committee, finds it "troubling" that the President  expressed an "economic argument."
