SIFMA CEO Testifies on NYSE-NASD Regulatory Consolidation
Marc Lackritz, CEO of SIGFMA, testified before the Senate Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs Subcommittee of the Securities, Insurance and Investments Committee on the merger of the regulatory arms of NASD and NYSE.
