Former Fannie Mae Wants Speedy Hearing
Franklin D. Raines, former CEO of Fannie Mae, asserts a right to a "speedy trial" and wants the Office of Fair Housing Enterprise Oversight to proceed with its administrative hearing against him on Feb. 16 instead of later this year.
