Marsh Presents The Law of the Dead
Last Friday at the University of Kentucky, PropertyProf's very own Tanya Marsh presented her work on the system of laws that govern dead bodies in America. It was, without a doubt, one of the most fascinating presentations I've ever heard - it touched on everything from The Rapture to funeral directors to Moore v. Regents. If your faculty needs a speaker in the spring semester, you should really get in contact with her.
