Kelly from Baltimore to Notre Dame
PropertyProf and clincian James J. Kelly, Jr. will be moving from Baltimore to Notre Dame, after a visit this spring at Washington & Lee. At Notre Dame, Jim will develop a new community development clinic. I've been a longtime admirer of Jim's work, and this is a great pick up for Notre Dame.
