Second Hand Smoke Lawsuit Against ... A Real Estate Agent

This has the makin's of a final exam question.

Wow! So, would it be up to the client to knock on doors in the condo building to find out if her would be neighbors smoke. I can't see where this would be the Realtor's fault.
