Illinois Supreme Court Denies Rehearing in Price v. Philip Morris, Inc.
On December 15, 2005, the Illinois Supreme Court previously reversed an Illinois Circuit Court in a case involving a $10.1 billion damages award, including $3 billion in punitive damages, against Philip Morris USA over its light cigarettes.
