i live in washington state and have been living in a rental house since last august with my boyfriend of 7 years. we've had a domestic violence incident which, ended with a compression fracture in my back and him banned from the residence with a court ordered protection order.

i'm not on the lease and june rent has not been paid. the landlord is threatening to come here with the sheriff at any moment, to have me removed for trespassing. do i have any rights?? squatter? i intend on moving, but with my back injury, i just need a couple weeks or so.

any help in this matter is much appreciated.

thank you
