The Role of Charity in Eliminating Polio Worldwide
The Washington Posts announces that Bill Gates has joined with Rotary International and British and German governments to donate $630 million dollars to the effort to eradicate Polio throughout the world. The devastating disease spiked recently and spread to seven new countries that were believed to be Polio-free.
