Sanofi/Genzyme CVRs
... to start trading on April 4? So says Reuters:
The French drugmaker said on Tuesday that the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) had cleared the trading of contingent value rights (CVR) under the ticker GCVRZ.O.
