Law and Society Annual Meeting
I'll be attending the Law and Society Annual Meeting in Berlin for the remainder of the week. There I will be speaking on the panel: Securities Regulation, Corporate Governance, and Corporate Finance: Global Markets, Law, and Culture. I hope to see you there.
