Over at the Wall Street Journal's Law Blog, Jacob Gershman writes about a food fight, ahem, brewing over the name of Andrea Loguidice and Brandon Snooks's food truck, the Wandering Dago. Said truck has been banned from the streets around the New York state house and the Saratoga Race Track because of its questionable name. The pair has sued in federal court, alleging that the New York State Court of General Services, which banned the truck because of its moniker, has interfered with its business relationships, and violated its First Amendment rights, and its speech rights under the New York Constitution. Here's more coverage from the Albany (NY) Times Union, and the Register (UK).
