Judge Issues Temporary Injunction In "Age of Hobbits" CaseA federal judge has granted a TRO in the case of a movie scheduled to be released this week whose title, "Age of the Hobbits," strongly resembles a new Peter Jackson film, "The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey," also to be released soon. The judge agreed, ruling that consumers were likely to be confused. More here from the Hollywood Reporter, here from the Wall Street Journal.
