Digital Marilyn

The Hollywood Reporter discusses the possible litigation developing between Digicon Media, which has developed a "Virtual Marilyn," (a digitized version of the late Marilyn Monroe), on which the company says it holds a copyright, and Monroe's estate, which takes the position that the company is infringing on its intellectual property rights.
