Appellate Court Upholds Lower Court Ruling Dismissing Some Charges Against Silvio Berlusconi
From the Hollywood Reporter: An Italian appeals court has upheld the dismissal of tax fraud charges against Silvio Berlusconi. He still faces other charges including corruption charges and charges that he paid a minor for sex. More here from Reuters.
