FCC, Broadcasters Prepare For Battle Over Spectrum
A battle is shaping up between the FCC and broadcasters over the agency's plan to auction off bandwidth that it believes the broadcasters are underusing for cell phones and other popular new media. The broadcasters, understandably, don't want to give up their part of the spectrum. More here from the New York Times.
