From the ABA Journal's Law News Now service: Arm & Hammer has abandoned its lawsuit against Fresh Step over the Fresh Step ads that claim cats prefer Fresh Step to other brands. The Fresh Step ads have now been pulled. Arm & Hammer's reasoning for filing in the first place? Cats don't talk. Many humans living with cats would beg to differ, especially around mealtime, wishing-to-go-out time, wanting-treats-time, and especially, litter-box-is-dirty-time.
