Bloggers, Take Note--You're Businesspeople
So after the FTC laid out its guidelines to bloggers, the City of Philadelphia weighs in with its blogging tax. The municipality wants $300 per blogger, on the theory that blogging is a business.August 25, 2010 | Permalink
