C. Peter Erlinder, the law professor who flew to Rwanda last month to see his client Victoire Ingabire, has been charged with denying the Rwandan genocide of 1994, says the AP. If convicted, he faces up to 25 years in prison. As proof, prosecutors point to Mr. Erlinder's published writings and his representation of clients.
