Erlinder Released
The AP reports that a Rwandan court has granted bail to C. Peter Erlinder, the William Mitchell law professor arrested last month on charges of promoting genocide. He is apparently free to leave Rwanda but must let the court know of his whereabouts. Read more here.June 17, 2010 | Permalink
