The FCC's "Third Way" Response To Comcast v. FCC
The FCC is announcing its new plan to bring broadband to the nation. Here's a link to the live proceedings. FCC Chair Genachowski issued a statement concerning his new policy, "The Third Way: A Narrowly Tailored Broadband Framework".
