No Laughing Matter

A Louisiana judge granted a request for a temporary restraining order against a satirical website and told the website owner to pull the story (text here) after the owner refused a local wildlife preserve's requests to remove the tale. Judge Brenda Ricks ordered Hammond Action News owner Nicholas Brilleaux to remove the story about a giraffe attack at the Global Wildlife Center in Folsom. A hearing is set for March 15th.
