Irina Krupnik Sues Over Use of Photo In "Couples Retreat" Scene

Former model Irina Krupnik, who now works as a makeup artist, is suing over the use of her photograph in the 2009 film "Couples Retreat," which stars Vince Vaughn and Kristen Bell. She alleges that her photo, originally a "commonplace swimwear ad" is used in one scene, as "softcore pornography." The studio obtained the picture from a company that supplies stock photographs.
