Strategies They Don't Want You To Use
Federal judge Robert Gettleman has held infomercial king Kevin Trudeau in contempt for inducing his fans to send the judge so many emails that they crashed his computer. Mr. Trudeau was scheduled for a hearing on March 9 and posted the judge's email address on his website. According to the Blog of Legal Times, things got out of hand when his fans enthusiastically deluged Judge Gettleman with messages. Read more here. The judge sentenced Mr. Trudeau to jail and a hefty fine, but an appellate court granted an emergency stay.
