The argument over whether cameras can broadcast the arguments in the suit challenging California's Proposition 8,which begins today, landed in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals last week. Friday, the Ninth Circuit refused to overturn the plan. But a last minute request has been filed before Justice Anthony Kennedy to block such access.
