Polanski Requests To Be Sentenced In Absentia
Roman Polanski's attorney Chad Hummel has asked the judge overseeing the director's case to sentence him in absentia, but Judge Peter Espinoza says he still would like to be persuaded as to why such sentencing would be appropriate.
