A decision by Ofcom could lower consumer prices for telephone, broadband and other media services. Prior to the ruling, BT (formerly British Telecom) could not bundle services as its competitors were allowed to do, but according to Ofcom, BT's share of the market has now changed. It no longer dominates as it did before and more competition would be healthy for consumers. Here's more from the Ofcom website.
