The judge overseeing the Lori Drew "MySpace" criminal case is set to throw out her misdemeanor conviction, indicating that because the jury did not convict her of felony charges he sees a constitutional problem, according to an MSNBC.com story. The report also says that Judge George Wu "said that if she is to be found guilty of illegally accessing computers, anyone who has ever violated the social networking site's terms of service would be guilty of a misdemeanor."
