Ofcom Official Hints BBC Funding Scheme May Change Over Time

Speculation continues over future funding for the BBC as Ed Richards, head of Ofcom told the Guardian that "we must be willing to look into more radical proposals for the future and we are willing to do that even if sometimes it is unpopular and controversial....We don't want to do anything that would damage the core services and programmes of the BBC.
