Media Ownership Regulation and the First Amendment
Adam Candeub, Michigan State University Law School, has published "Media Ownership Regulation, the First Amendment, and Democracy's Future," 41 U. Cal. Davis 1547 (2008). I just received my copy of the reprint and look forward to reading it.
