Legal Flap Over Political Film

Bradley Blakeman has filed a lawsuit over the new political comedy "Swing Vote", starring Kevin Costner, which he thinks is based on a screenplay which he showed to actor Kelsey Grammer back in 2006. He sees similarities between the movie, which turns on a presidential election that comes down to a single vote and its lady or the tiger ending, and his own script.
