Mosley Lawsuit Against News of the World Proceeds To Trial
News of the World and FIA President Max Mosley are in court over NoW's story that Mr. Mosley participated in a Nazi-themed sex orgy. Mr. Mosley denies the story and has sued for invasion of privacy.
