Conrad Black Ordered to Remain in U.S., Not Jailed

U. S. District Judge Amy St. Eve denied prosecution requests to jail former media mogul Conrad Black immediately after a jury found him guilty on multiple counts of fraud, but ordered him to remain in the United States pending sentencing.
