The American Bar Association Forum on Communications Law and the Donald E. Biederman Entertainment and Media Law Institute of Southwestern Law School have begun publication of the Journal of International Media & Entertainment Law. The first issue includes an article on the journalist's privilege, an excerpt from Floyd Abrams' book Speaking Freely, an essay on media law and globalization by Richard N. Winfield, and the proceedings of a symposium on practicing entertainment law in a global environment. Issues are available to members of the Forum on Communications Law of the ABA.
