Press Complaints Commission Cites Sunday Times for Breach in Interviewing Minor Without Parental Consent

The Press Complaints Commission has cited the Sunday Times for a breach of clause 6 of the Press Code dealing with children. Keith Cousins told the PCC that the Times had interviewed his fourteen year old son about the violent death of a schoolmate out of Cousins' presence in violation of the Code.
