Otis Chandler, former Los Angeles Times Publisher, Dies at 78
Otis Chandler, who served as the publisher of the Los Angeles Times for 20 years, stepping down in 1980, and continuing to serve as chairman of the board and editor in chief until 1985, has died at the age of 78. Read more here.
