Zuendel Trial to Resume in Early February
The German judge in charge of Ernest Zuendel's "Holocaust denial" trial has ordered that the proceedings resume on February 9 and has indicated that the verdict is expected March 16. The trial was abruptly halted in November after the judge concluded that Zuendel's defense lawyer had submitted improper pleadings to the court and tried to associate a disbarred attorney with the defense team. Zuendel is charged with violating German laws against denying the existence of the Holocaust in print. Read more here.
