FCC Statements To Congress Available

FCC Chair Kevin Martin has provided a statement to the House Subcommittee on Telecommunications and the Internet Committee on Energy and Commerce on "Public Safety Communications from 9/11 to Hurricane Katrina:  Critical Public Policy Lessons." Mr. Martin's statement is available here.  Kenneth P. Moran, DIrector of Homeland Security, Enforcement Bureau, FCC, has provided a statement to the Senate Committee on Commerce, Science and Transportation on Hurricane Katrina and Communications Interoperability.
