Microsoft, Spammer Settle
Scott Richter, the head of OptInRealBig.com, has agreed to pay Microsoft seven million dollars to settle a lawsuit over spam the software giant claims Richter has been spewing into emailboxes. Microsoft plans to use the money to continue to the fight against unwanted email. Read more here and in a story by Greg Levine in Forbes here.
