Air Disaster Case Dismissed on Forum Non Grounds

BNA Class Action Reporter notes that a class action brought against Airbus on behalf of the 77 persons that perished when a plane went down near Brazil in July 1007 was dismissed on Forum Non Conveniens grounds.  The case will have to be litigated in Brazil.
