Have any unexpected legal issues arisen in Colorado in the early days of legalization?

The question in the title of this post is prompted by the old phrase that it is hard to know what I do not know.  I know of a lot of legal issues on a lot of interesting topics that are now front-and-center now that Colorado has state-legal pot sales going on.  Indeed, I taught a law school seminar that was mostly about spotting and reviewing some of the obvious tax law and labor law and criminal law and health law issues that are sure to arise in various ways and at various times in Colorado and elsewhere in the weeks and months ahead.

But have any unexpected legal issues started to arise?  I am sure there will be a whole lot of unexpected and unintended consequences that develop in the weeks and month ahead in the state and elsewhere, but what are the legal issues that will surround these consequences.
