Assessing prospects at the Supreme Court for the Olson/Boies Prop 8 challenge
Veteran advocate Matt Coles, director of the ACLU's LGBT rights project, writes in the Huffington Post about what might happen if the federal challenge to California's Proposition 8 makes it all the way to the US Supreme Court. Coles previously analyzed possible scenarios for the case in the lower courts.-SS
