Catching up on the Prop 8 trial
Our colleague Ruthann Robson at Con Law Prof Blog reports the highlights from last week in Perry v. Schwarzenegger, where the challengers to the constitutionality of California's Proposition 8 are expected to rest their case today after almost two weeks of trial.
