Same Sex Marriage Legal in Connecticut, High Court Rules
The Connecticut Supreme Court ruled that it was unconstitutional to deny same sex partners the right to marry on October 10. The ruling will take effect on October 28. See NYTimes Article here.
Connecticut joins Massachusetts and California as the third state to permit same sex couples to marry.
