Transsexual Plaintiff Who Defeated Summary Judgment Settles Claim
The recent claim in the Southern District of Texas where a plaintiff argued that she was subject to discrimination because her job offer was rescinded on the basis of her sex after her employer discovered that she was transsexual through a background check settled.
