National Cultural Heritage Law Moot Court Competition
The Second Annual National Cultural Heritage Law Moot Court Competition will be held on February 25-26, 2011 in Chicago. The competition is presented by DePaul University College of Law and the Lawyers’ Committee for Cultural Heritage Preservation. Final round judges will include members of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. This year's competition problem addresses the recovery of stolen art works and the Immunity from Seizure Act.
