advice on contract drafting
Ken Adams has it--advice, that is, and it's good to boot. I liked his response to a law student who opined that contract drafting is neither a creative nor an imaginative process. Her experiences inserting boilerplate into ready-made templates had convinced her that it just wasn't lawyers' work.
Ken does a nice job debunking that particular myth. And if you teach drafting, check out the costly drafting errors he highlights in his blog.
