The Legal Writing Program at Vermont Law School is likely the first legal writing program housed in a building on the National Register of Historic Places. The program has moved into the "Old Schoolhouse" building in South Royalton, Vermont. Originally built in 1853, it was South Royalton's first schoolhouse.
