Birmingham, the second largest city in England, has decided to ban apostrophes from street signs. For example, Queen's Street will now be Queens Street and St. Paul's Sqare will become St. Pauls Square. Lynne Truss (author of Eats, Shoots and Leaves) must rally the Apostrophe Protection Army!
