$154,000 worth of typos
An attorney had his fees cut by $154,000 for typos and errors in a court filing. Here's a link to the ABA story Irate Judge Blasts Typos and Errors in Filing, Slashes Fees by $154K. Some of you may recall the name of the attorney thus sanctioned, as this is not the first time a court reduced his fees due to sloppy written work.
